Two Engine to 2-Alarm Building Fire in Level

On Tuesday July 13th, 2010 at approximately 0516 hours the Aberdeen Fire Department was alerted to respond two engines to 1207 Glenview Drive for the 2-Alarm Building Fire.

Engine 211 and Engine 212 went enroute within a few minutes after the alert.

Engine 211/Engine 212 arrived on scene and assisted various companies in defensive operations on scene, defensive operations were ordered on scene due to the partial building collapse, as well as the fuel load and large number of vehicles inside of the structure.

Engine 211 operated a 2.5' line as well as a 1' 3/4 line, and later overhauled to get to the main bulk of the fire with other crews.

Engine 212 also assisted crews on scene in various operations.

Engine 211 cleared the scene at 0645, Engine 212 cleared the scene at around 0900 hours.
